How do I earn Points ?
Members can earn reward points with every spending at SUPAMALA and points redemption will be available on next visit. (The accumulated point is available for 12 months.)
Accumulating Points: RM1 = 1 point
Membership Tiers
Terms & Conditions:
- Contact number, membership number or QR must be presented upon payment for points collection & redemption.
- Points are non-transferable and cannot be combined.
- The accumulated points is available for 12 months.
- Expired points will not be reinstated.
- Rules for Membership Level Upgrade: Your membership level is determined on the first day of each month. If you have gained enough growth points, your membership level will be lifted to the corresponding level.
- Rules for Membership Level Downgrade: Your membership level will be determined on the first day of each month. If you have failed to earn enough growth points to maintain the current membership level, you will be downgraded to a lower level. Applicable on Supa VIP member only. Auto upgrade / downgrade (no cut-off time).
- Information of the SUPAMALA points program will be updated regularly. Please check with in- store staff for further information. Points will be earned based on the total net amount of the transaction.
- Gift and voucher redemption or discount are NOT accepted for points collection.
